2019 Registration Fees

Full registration includes:

  • 12 August – Conference Dinner and Sir John Crawford Memorial Address at the Hotel Realm.
  • 13 August – Full day Parliamentary Conference at the Great Hall and Theatrette, Parliament House.

Registration Fees (inclusive of GST):

  • Standard Full Registration:Monday night Networking Dinner & Tuesday Parliamentary Conference – $600
  • Standard Tuesday Parliamentary Conference Registration only: $470
  • Monday night Networking Dinner only – $165
  • Tuesday Parliamentary Conference discount rate for pensioners / students / RAIDmembers/ former scholars: $250

As you go through the registration process, you will be offered an opportunity to support our conference scholar program. Thank you for any assistance you can provide for our efforts encouraging young people in their studies, careers and volunteering in international agricultural research.

Student, Former Scholars, RAID members and Concession Card Holders 
A special rate of $250 will be offered to students, concession card holders, past scholars and RAID members to attend the one-day Parliamentary Conference. Discounts are not available for the dinner.

If you would like to apply for the discount please contact us by email at [email protected] and we will request proof of eligibility. Please apply BEFORE registering. If your application for discount registration is accepted, a special registration link will be sent out to you.

Group Registration Discounts
We also offer discounts on the standard rate for group registrations.

To access group discounts, you need to contact Conference Solutions at [email protected]. You are not able to register for the group discount without completing the group registration via a link that will be provided. Please note that you will need details of all those to go on your group registration so that they are registered at once.

The group discounts for the Parliamentary Conference are (inclusive of GST):

  • 5 – 9 bookings $385 per person
  • 10 – 19 bookings $340 per person
  • 20+ bookings $215 per person

As part of the group registration process you are able to register and pay for the dinner at the discounted rate of $150.00.

Cancellation Policy

Full registration cancellations from 1 August will receive a refund less $100 administration fee. Dinner cancellations from 1 August will receive a refund less $50 administration fee.
