News: Harvest Radio: Doing Well and Doing Good, August 2014

Harvest is a program initiated by the Waite Campus of the University of Adelaide in Urrbrae which broadcasts on Radio Adelaide which focuses on what we eat and drink, how it’s grown, and how science and innovation can help meet the challenges of food quality and security.

It has a new series underway exploring issues related to our ‘Doing Well by Doing Good’ task force – “the aid projects that aren’t just handing out food to those in need, but helping them produce it for themselves,” and the good economic sense that makes.
