Following a decade of service to the Crawford Fund for Food Security, Professor Tim Reeves has resigned as a Director of the Board.

“We would like to thank Tim for the experience, commitment and perspective he brought to the Crawford Fund’s work over that time,” said Shaun Coffey, Chief Executive, Crawford Fund for Food Security.
“Tim’s contribution reflects a much longer commitment to international agricultural research and to its role in improving food security and livelihoods. His knowledge of the international research system, strong support for CGIAR, and advocacy for sustainable intensification have all enriched the Crawford Fund’s thinking and its work,” he said.
“Tim consistently reminded us of the importance of strong science, enduring partnerships, investment in people and institutions, and keeping the needs of farmers and food systems at the centre of international agricultural research,” said Shaun.
“Ten years is a substantial commitment to any Board. Thank you Tim for the time, wisdom and energy you have given to the Fund and for your wider contribution to international agricultural research,” he concluded.
