Ms Mikayla Hyland-Wood

President, RAID Network

Mikayla works at the intersection of water security, agriculture and international development. She is currently President of the RAID Network, co-chair of the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation’s Youth Policy Board and a researcher with Watertrust Australia, an independent policy broker with a mission to achieve better and fairer water outcomes. Having worked with both government and not-for-profits across river management, water policy, and development program design, she has seen the importance and impact of developing capacity in the next generation. Mikayla looks forward to continuing in the field of sustainable water management as she commences a masters degree at the University of Oxford next month.
