Thank you for your interest in the Crawford Fund for Food Security 2026 Annual Conference. 


IN PERSON EVENT 

Full registration includes:

  • 10 August – Conference Dinner and Sir John Crawford Memorial Address
  • 11 August – Full day Conference

Discount Registrations

As noted above, a special rate of $350 is offered to students, concession card holders, past scholars and RAID members to attend the one-day Conference. Discounts are not available for the dinner.

If you would like to apply for the discount, please contact us by email at [email protected] and we will request proof of eligibility.

Please apply BEFORE registering. If your application for discount registration is accepted, a special registration link will be sent out to you.

Group Registration Discounts

We also offer discounts on the standard rate for group registrations.

To access group discounts, you need to contact Conference Solutions at [email protected]. You are not able to register for the group discount without completing the group registration via a link that will be provided. Please note that you will need details of all those to go on your group registration so that they are registered at once.

The group discounts for the Conference are (inclusive of GST): 

  • 5-9 bookings $600
  • 10+ bookings $550

As part of the group registration process, you are able to register and pay for the dinner but discounts are not available for the dinner.


ONLINE ATTENDANCE – REGISTER HERE

Registration Fees (inclusive of GST) for online attendance

We appreciate that not everyone can make it to Canberra and following the success of earlier hybrid versions of the Crawford Fund for Food Security Annual Conference, we will again be offering online attendance this year. This will involve access to a live stream of both the John Crawford Address and the one-day event. The cost for the online session is:

  • No-cost registration (verified by a short online process) for people from developing countries.
  • Standard virtual attendance: $125
  • Discount rate for students/RAID members/pensioners/former scholars: $65

Terms and Conditions

  • Full registration cancellations from Friday 22 May to Friday 31 July 2026 will receive a refund less $100 administration fee.
  • Dinner cancellations from Friday 22 May to Friday 31 July 2026 will receive a refund less $50 administration fee.
  • Online cancellations from Friday 22 May to Friday 31 July 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
  • All cancellations after COB on Friday 31 July 2026 will not receive a refund.
